wonderful inspiration

I have been cutting out lots of little felt flowers that will sit
atop a tiny jar filled with lavender from Los Poblanos
I hope to teach this class down there this spring.
I think the colorful blossoms look so lovely in the little jars with the sun shining through.
These little Jar Gardens were inspired by the one
that Oolie made for me a couple of years ago

  2. Oh My Goodness!!!!!! I keep loosing track of this original jar garden!!!!!! Do you actually have it, or just a photo of it?!!!!!! I am in love with your design, especially the ribbon running thru the track of stitching.....very nice touch! Be sure to line up a group of finished ones on a window sill to see the effect, which is how they first caught my attention a few years ago! LOVE- Your Oolie
